Q1. How do I write a review? Can I submit it anonymously?
When you book accommodation through the AsiaYo website or app and complete your stay, the system will send a review invitation email to the email address you provided at booking the day after your check-out. You can write your review by clicking the link in the email or by going to "Completed Bookings" to submit your review.
If you prefer not to disclose your full name when leaving a review, AsiaYo also offers an option to hide your full name to protect your privacy, allowing you to freely write honest reviews to help other travelers and assist accommodation hosts in improving their services.
By submitting a review, you will receive a discount code to use on your next booking.
